Communication

You can communicate with professionals using projects and comments.

Submitting Projects

Submitted Projects require payment. You can send a document to your Professional by clicking on the Submit Project link located within messages or the Submit Project link located within the Professional directory.

Comments

You can send a comment to your Professional by clicking on the Comment link located within messages or the Make a Comment link located within the Professional directory. Projects and comment communications are organized into three folders:

Inbox

Contains projects and comments sent by Professionals.

Sent Items

Contains projects and comments you sent to Professionals.

Search

Allows you to search for messages within your Inbox and Sent Items folders.

You can view a professional's communication history by clicking on the History link located within messages. To delete a message delivered to your Inbox, simply click on the Delete link located within the message. You can rate and review work by clicking on the Rating link located within the message.
