Terms of Service Definitions 1. "CSR" refers to the business name (owned by Boots on a Wire Pty Ltd )with Australian Business Number 38 125 249 863, and, "Client" refers to a person or other entity who uses the CSR website (CorporateStrategicResearch.com) or contracts CSR to conduct certain services. 2. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions - Use of the CSR site, or the contracting of CSR services, constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of all of the CSR Terms and Conditions contained in this document. If you do not agree with the Terms & Conditions CSR is not willing to provide you access to the content and you should immediately discontinue your access to this content. 3. Ownership and Copyright of Business Names and Website Content - the CSR site, (www.CorporateStrategicResearch.com) and business name and trademark are owned and operated by Boots on a Wire Pty Ltd. The names CSR and www.CorporateStrategicResearch.com, and all material on this site are protected by international copyright and trademark laws. These names and materials cannot be used, copied, reproduced, republished, transmitted, printed, or modified without the permission of CSR. 4. Responsibility for Content You assume full liability resulting from the publication, distribution& redistribution relating to material you post on CorporateStrategicResearch.com,or the use of such material by any person (including liability resulting from any virus,worm,'Trojan Horse',or other contaminating or destructive feature of the data). The client irrevocably agrees to indemnify and hold CSR, its subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, officers and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, made by any third party due to or arising out of the client’s use of the site or service, the violation of the Terms and Conditions by the client, or the infringement by the client of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity. 5. Termination of Service and Contractual Obligations - CSR reserves the right to terminate all service or contractual obligations with the client should said client violate any of the Terms and Conditions. Furthermore, CSR can discontinue or terminate operation of this site, services, or its trading name at any time and for any reason. 6. Refusal or Denial of Service - CSR reserves the right to deny or refuse service to any client or prospective client for any reason. 7. Content of Submitted or Created Materials - CSR does not endorse, recommend, or support the content of any documents provided by or for the client. Clients are advised that plagiarism and the breach of copyright are serious offenses. CSR assumes no responsibility or liability for the infringement of third party copyright in the content of said documents. Furthermore, while CSR recognises the right to free speech, we reserve the right to refuse any project that advocates or incites violence, hatred, or discrimination in contravention of national and international laws. 8. Ownership and Copyright over Submitted or Created Materials – The client retains sole copyright ownership, and control over all materials submitted to CSR for research or any materials created or developed by CSR for said client. 9. Service Quality and Standards - All research projects meet a high and exacting standard. However, CSR provides no guarantee that a client’s work will be error-free. Furthermore, CSR is not responsible for delays in service as a result of technical problems or other unforeseen circumstances. 10. Service Guarantee – CSR provides customers with the best possible quality of service. Should a client be dissatisfied with the research project outcome, CSR will refund the client’s payment. However, the refund is conditional on the client conclusively demonstrating how CSR failed to meet its service obligations. 11. Correctness and Accuracy of Client Information - The client must provide true and accurate information with respect to their name, address, email address, phone number, and all payment details. Failure to provide correct and accurate information will result in a denial of service. The client assumes all responsibility for any problems, errors, issues, as well as legal liability, resulting from such false information. All information submitted by the client is confidential. 12. Financial Fraud or Theft - CSR is not liable for the fraudulent use of any credit card or other payment method used to purchase CSR’s services. 13. Modification of Terms and Conditions and the CSR site - The Terms and Conditions of the CSR site can be modified, amended, altered, changed, re-organised, rewritten, or revoked at any time and for any reason. 14. Entire Agreement - These Terms and Conditions contain the entire agreement between the parties and each party acknowledges they have not relied upon any written or oral representations made to them by the other party.
